Stretch Therapy

Stretch Therapy is a system of table-based assisted stretching that focuses on lengthening muscles and fascia (tissue that surrounds muscle). This approach addresses the entire body, moving the joints through a pain-free range of motion. It ​​helps to relax the mind, and an effective way to reduce pain, and improve mobility in the body.

Movement Coaching

Coaching will provide the guidance to safely and effective build strength, mobility, and self-awareness. You will learn to develop confidence in your ability to move, ensuring that you are able to engage in the activities that bring you most joy in life.

Health Coaching

Majority of us know what we need to do in order to live healthier lives, yet there are often a number of roadblocks that stand in the way of implementing these lifestyle behaviours into our lives. Health coaching helps you to set clear goals, develop a road map to successfully achieve these goals, and helps to keep you accountable along the way.
